Game Lodge - Standing sentry over one of the reserve's largest lakes and Chitwa Chitwa's most exclusive camp.

Meals are as much a social feast as a culinary one: savour the intriguing combination of African and Mediterranean dishes, accompanied by select wines from the extensive cellar and warm conversation from our rangers and friendly management team. Lunch is served next to the pool in the thatched lapa, while dinner is relished in the open-air boma, or in the elegant dining room.

The most extravagant of the chalets is Boulders, the honeymoon suite, which provides a private patio and dip pool, separate dressing room and restful lounge area.

Safari Lodge - Nestling beneath a blanket of Knobthorn trees. In unwavering African tradition, the cottages at Safari Lodge are thatched, creating a bond with their surroundings. Its charm lies in that it has remained small and intimate, accommodating a maximum of ten guests in five chalets. Relaxed and in harmony with its surroundings, Safari Lodge is enjoyed for its rich diversity of animal and bird life which can be easily observed from each cottage.

The African theme is reflected in the warmly decorated rooms where rich, earthy colours and natural materials are woven into a subtle tapestry of quiet indulgence. Continuing this idea in an unexpectedly reverse fashion, the private outside showers provide an enlivening experience not to be missed.

Regrettably, children under the age of 12 are not permitted at Safari Lodge.
